Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet shipped, you can request a change or cancellation. Please contact our customer support as soon as possible with your order number so we can assist you before the parcel is dispatched.

How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an order confirmation email after placing your order and a shipping confirmation email once your package has been dispatched. You can track your parcel using the tracking number and carrier information provided in the shipping confirmation email.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB) as well as selected digital wallets and local payment options such as Shop Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay (on supported devices), Amazon Pay, and convenience store pre-payment where available.

What shipping methods and fees are available?

We ship via standard carriers such as Post and major courier services. For most orders, a flat shipping fee applies, and orders above a certain amount qualify for free shipping. Some services may be delivered by postal delivery to your mailbox and may not support date/time selection. Specific carriers, fees, and conditions are displayed at checkout.

What is your return and exchange policy?

Returns and exchanges are accepted only for eligible items that are unused, in their original packaging, and requested within a limited period after delivery (for example, within 8 days). Sale items are generally not eligible. For returns or exchanges due to customer preference, you may be responsible for shipping costs. If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return and reshipping costs and refund or replace the product according to our policy.
